WEEKLY CLASSES
With enthusiasm and grace, Nila Mechali brings her strong athletic and dance backgrounds together with a powerful results-oriented yoga class. She completed her 200hour Teacher Training in Baltimore with a solid Baptiste-inspired Power Vinyasa education. Teaching by the notion that yoga is the union of mind, body and soul - and that this ancient practice allows space for the empowerment of each of those elements. Power Up, Restore, and Be Here Now.
